We primarily ship with UPS and the United States Postal Service. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Yes! After placing your order, please email us to request express mail. We’ll inform you of the additional shipping charges and adjust your payment accordingly. Keep in mind that express shipping for orders over two pounds can be costly.
We offer a money-back guarantee on the quality of our spices, excluding shipping costs. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on perishable items like Injera.
Absolutely! Our spices are directly imported from Ethiopia.
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our spices, please return the items for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. However, we do not offer refunds on perishable items like Injera. Once shipped, we cannot control delivery times or conditions.
While rare, if your package is lost, we will assist you in tracking it. If it is confirmed lost in transit, you may file a lost package claim with the post office. Most packages have up to $100 insurance with USPS.
