How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours under normal business volume and item availability. You can expect your spice orders to arrive in 3-7 days.

How can I check the status of my order?

If your order does not arrive after 7 days, please email us at support@enatspices.com.

What shipping methods do you use?

We primarily ship with UPS and the United States Postal Service. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Can I request express overnight shipping for my order?

Yes! After placing your order, please email us to request express mail. We’ll inform you of the additional shipping charges and adjust your payment accordingly. Keep in mind that express shipping for orders over two pounds can be costly.

Is there a money-back guarantee for my orders?

We offer a money-back guarantee on the quality of our spices, excluding shipping costs. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on perishable items like Injera.

Are your spices authentic?

Absolutely! Our spices are directly imported from Ethiopia.

Can I get a refund for my order?

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our spices, please return the items for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. However, we do not offer refunds on perishable items like Injera. Once shipped, we cannot control delivery times or conditions.

What if my package never arrived or is lost?

While rare, if your package is lost, we will assist you in tracking it. If it is confirmed lost in transit, you may file a lost package claim with the post office. Most packages have up to $100 insurance with USPS.
