To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must apply for a return within 3 business days of the delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Please contact us before initiating the return. Our support team will analyze your request and provide you with a return request form.
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date to receive a replacement.
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
